Dried California Wakame

Pacific Wakame (Alaria marginata) or Ribbon Kelp harvested from the beautiful Mendocino coastline and dried in the Mendocino sun.

This seaweed was secured from Rising Tide Sea Vegetables (since closed down), an environmentally and socially responsible harvester, producer/processor, importer, and distributor of sea vegetables and seaweed snacks. Since they began business in 1981, they thrived by offering the highest quality and value.
